Repairs are normally carried out on site but can be completed off site if required.

All repairs are documented and signed off at the time of the repair so that our customers are fully aware of what work has been carried out prior to receiving our invoice.

Repairs are normally highlighted during call-outs or servicing when the equipment is scrutinised for its capabilities to ensure it complies with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

If a broken item cannot be fixed we are happy to source and quote for a replacement, if required.
